Bridget Callaway, DMD

Dr. Callaway was born and raised in Natchez, Mississippi where she was introduced to dentistry at a young age in her parents’ and her grandfather’s dental practice. She grew up with a love for the outdoors and animals, a love of art and painting, and a love for helping others. Dr. Callaway worked in her father’s dental office as an assistant and helped her mother, a dental hygienist, with keeping the office flowing. The artwork she produced from her art classes inevitably became office décor, with ever changing paintings being displayed. She also learned the art of stained glass making through an apprenticeship with a local artist.

Academic & Professional Activities

After earning a B.S. in Art at Millsaps College, Dr. Callaway graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2011. She entered the U.S. Navy after graduation as a Dental Corps Officer and was stationed in Pensacola. Dr. Callaway provided high-quality dental care to Sailors, Marines, and other service members for 8 years, both active duty and as a Reservist. She wanted to serve her country as a dental officer the same way as her father and grandfather did, and is proud to continue the family tradition.

Now a civilian dentist, Dr. Callaway enjoys helping her patients create the smiles they deserve. She is a general dentist skilled in restorative dentistry, root canal treatments, Invisalign, crowns, and cosmetic dentistry.

Outside
the Office

Dr. Callaway married a native Tallahassian and moved here in 2015. She and her husband Adam enjoy the wonderful community of Tallahassee and are raising their 3 young children here. Dr. Callaway enjoys spending time with her family, as well as her many pets (including chickens). She loves art, travel, and having fun exploring Tallahassee with her family.
